Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

• Tech with around 1 years’ experience

• This role is with our current Survey Programming and Data Processing team. The team works on various programming tools and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Designing surveys using various programming tools like Decipher, Dimensions etc.

• To Discuss issues related to questionnaires with the client and suggest solutions for the same.

• Manage internal benchmarking initiatives as well as take proactive steps on any emerging issues.

• Assist in tasks and assignments like developing, executing new procedures and processes, diagnosis of problem and issues raised by the client etc.

• Participate and contribute in review meetings.

• Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”

• Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
